Terms of Service

Welcome to Owlbryte Academy ("Owlbryte", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of owlbryte.com and the Owlbryte Academy video courses. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use Owlbryte

Accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Child profiles exist inside a parent's account and are set up, named, and controlled by the parent. Children use Owlbryte only with their parent's permission and under the parent's account.

2. Your license

A purchase grants your household a lifetime, non-transferable license to stream the purchased course content for personal, non-commercial use by the child profiles on your account (1 child on the Individual plan, up to 4 on the Family plan). Sharing accounts, sign-in links, PINs, or video access outside your household is not permitted. Course updates we publish are included.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once — there is no subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Our refund policy is described in the Refund Policy.

4. Diplomas and the Great Hall

Diplomas are awarded when a child genuinely completes a realm (watching the masterclass and passing the final challenge). Diplomas are private by default. They appear in the public Great Hall, and get a public share page, only after a parent approves sharing and chooses how the child is displayed. A parent can un-share at any time from the dashboard. We may remove any public content at our discretion.

5. Referrals and rewards

Our referral program gives your friend a discount and you a cash reward once the friend's refund window has passed. Self-referrals, bulk or deceptive promotion, and rewards connected to refunded purchases are not eligible. Rewards are paid via PayPal to the address you provide.

6. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, bypass, or abuse the service — including cheating diploma criteria, scraping content, redistributing videos, or interfering with other families' use.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Owlbryte is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
