Refund Policy

Every paid Owlbryte Academy purchase comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If the academy is not right for your family, we refund every cent you paid for that purchase.

1. When do the 30 days start?

On the day you pay. Not when you create a free account, and not when your child watches the first lesson. Time spent in the free Multiplication realm never counts against your 30 days. Each paid purchase, for example a sibling place bought later, has its own 30-day period.

2. How do I ask for a refund?

Email refund@owlbryte.com from the email address you used for the purchase, within 30 days of paying. Just tell us you would like a refund. If you have made more than one purchase, tell us which one.

You do not need to explain your decision, finish any lessons, or prove anything. As long as your request reaches us within the 30 days, it counts, even if we process it afterwards.

3. How and when will I get my money?

We refund the full amount you paid for that purchase to the original payment method. We process refunds within seven business days of your email, and your bank or card provider usually shows the money within two to five business days after that. If it is taking longer, email us and we will help you trace it.

Please email us before asking your bank for a chargeback. A refund from us is faster, and a chargeback can delay your money.

4. What happens after a refund?

Paid access covered by the refund ends. Your family keeps the free Multiplication realm, and any progress or diplomas earned there stay earned.

Any referral reward connected with the refunded purchase is cancelled. A referral discount you received is not taken back: your refund is the full amount you actually paid.

5. What is not covered?

Free accounts, classroom codes and gifted places involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund. Requests received more than 30 days after payment are outside the guarantee, but email us anyway. We always listen, and your rights under consumer law may still apply.

6. Your consumer rights and earlier purchases

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the consumer laws where you live. Those laws may give you other remedies, including after the 30 days.

If you bought before this policy was published, you can rely on this policy or on the refund promise shown when you bought, whichever is better for you.
