The 30-day promise

Every purchase includes a 30-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee. If your child hasn't said "oh, that's actually easy" within the first 30 days, we'd rather refund you than keep an unhappy family's money.

How to get a refund

Email aus@owlbryte.com from the email address you purchased with, any time within 30 days of purchase. No survey, no hoops, no debate. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 2–5 business days depending on your bank.

The fine print (there isn't much)

Refunds cover the full amount you paid. After a refund, access to the paid realms closes (the free Multiplication Forest stays free forever). Referral rewards connected to a refunded purchase are cancelled, which is also why referral rewards become payable only after the 30-day window passes.
